What We Do
CaliberLink assists local
professionals to be more career resilient. We provide career and training
advice, organise workshops, and run programmes to enhance job search skills and
employability. Our recruitment and networking initiatives connect professionals
and organisations to explore opportunities.
Set up by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, CaliberLink is part of the Government’s broad thrust to empower Professionals, Managers and Executives (PMEs) with greater ownership of their Continuing Education and Training (CET) journeys by providing more platforms for self-discovery, exploration and enrichment.
Since inception, CaliberLink has organised numerous events targeting a wide range of professionals and employers.

CaliberLink
is here to link employers with mid-career local professionals.
As part
of our mission to assist local professionals in their career transitions,
CaliberLink works closely with employers who want to actively consider local
professionals in meeting their organisations’ talent needs.
We are
in touch with hundreds of available local professionals. Many of these
jobseekers are experienced and capable. Some are seeking new opportunities
because their previous organisations have restructured or relocated out of
Singapore.
Recruitment & Networking Initiatives
As part
of our employer services, we organise regular recruitment and networking
initiatives to help employers identify and connect with potential qualified
candidates more effectively.
As part
of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA), CaliberLink also advises
on the training resources available from the Government to develop the
capability of existing and potential employees.
Learning Sessions
CaliberLink
organises learning sessions for employers on relevant industry talent trends
and other useful tips on securing sustained high performance from employees.
